Phase 2 of the construction consisted of the creation 68 units on five floors.  Extensive probing and research went into the planning stages of the renovation of this 1920's hotel. During Phase 2 of the Manhattan Club construction, a 4,000 square foot Club Floor was constructed. Elegantly decorated with custom furniture and fixtures, this area on the 26th floor of the hotel includes and bar, cigar lounge, fitness center, meeting rooms and offices.
